WWE star Jimmy Uso has had an impressive career so far, winning multiple tag team championships in the organization with his brother Jey Uso. On current WWE programming, Jimmy Uso is involved in the main event storyline, serving as one of his cousin Roman Reign's henchmen in his various feuds. On the latest episode of SmackDown, Jimmy Uso was involved in a main event angle that saw him brutalized by Edge. Unfortunately, Uso's career has been marred by his legal troubles, having been arrested yet again for a DUI.
As reported by TMZ, Jimmy Uso (real name Jonathan Fatu) was arrested on July 5 in Pensacola, Florida. According to Pensacola police, Jimmy Uso was pulled over after running a red light and going 50 miles per hour in a 35 MPH zone. Officers on the scene reported smelling alcohol on Uso, and so they issued a breathalyzer test. The TMZ report states that Uso was "noticeably swaying" upon exiting the vehicle and that he had admitted to officers that he drank "multiple beers" before getting behind the wheel. The WWE star's BAC was first .202 and then .205, which far exceeds Florida's legal limit of .08.

This isn't the first time that WWE star Jimmy Uso has been arrested for a DUI. On July 25, 2019, Uso was arrested in Pensacola, Florida with a DUI charge, but he was ultimately found not guilty. In February of that same year, Uso was arrested in Detroit, Michigan after his wife Trinity Fatu (known by her ring name in WWE as Naomi) was driving on the wrong side of a one-way street. While police were talking with Naomi, Uso exited the vehicle and approached officers, leading to him being arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. And on September 29, 2011, Uso was charged with a DUI and sentenced to probation.
It will be interesting to see how this latest arrest impacts Uso's position in WWE. As previously stated, Uso has been a central figure in the main event storylines with his cousin Roman Reigns. It seems unlikely that WWE will remove him from television, but at the same time, this is a repeat offense. WWE takes this kind of thing seriously, and one has to imagine that some kind of discussion is taking place behind the scenes.
As it stands, Jimmy Uso is not currently booked for the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event scheduled to take place on July 18.
