There are several Books of Knowledge in Assassin's Creed Valhalla's The Siege of Paris DLC, and one of them can be found at the Diodurum Ruins in Melunois. Upon interacting with this book, fans will earn the Golden Flame ability, which they can use to make their enemies explode. However, some players may find that they are having a bit of trouble accessing the Diodurum Ruins ability book in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and this guide is here to point those fans in the right direction.
The first step toward finding this Book of Knowledge is to jump from the cliff at the south end of Diodurum Ruins. This action will put Assassin's Creed Valhalla players in a pool of water below the ruins, and they should look to the north from this position. Fans should then make their way through the brick arch that they will see emerging from the water and do a bit of diving and swimming to to go in further.

After a short swim, players will run into a wall, and they should come to surface of the water when that occurs. They should then use the wooden ladder on the westside of the chamber to climb onto land and proceed through the nearby door. From this position, AC Valhalla fans should jump across the gap that is in front of them, turn to their right, and then fall into the water at the next gap that they encounter.
Players will now need to do a bit more swimming, making a left and then another left before coming up for air. When fans do ultimately come back onto solid ground, they will find themselves near a platform with several explosive pots sitting upon it. Players should grab one of these pots, turn around, and toss it at the rubble wall that is across the gap to destroy it and gain access to the room with the Diodurum Ruins Book of Knowledge in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
All that is left to do now is jump across the gap and interact with the glowing book. When that is done, players will receive immediate indication that they have collected a Melunois Wealth and unlocked the Golden Flame ability. Notably, there is an upgrade for this ability in Amienois, and it makes it so that AC Valhalla's Eivor can push enemies toward one another before they explode.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia.
