Not many players expected a Cube theme for Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 8, but it's happening, and players need to be prepared for what's to come. Like other seasons, Epic Games will be adding and removing content as the season goes along, such as new weapons, quests, items, and other features. Thanks to a recent update, Fortnite players can now find Armored Walls, allowing them to fortify their built structures further.
Luckily, the Armored Wall item doesn't take up space in players' inventory slots like weapons and healing items, as it goes along with the other Fortnite building materials and items like the Jump Pad. The bad thing, though, is that Armored Walls cannot be found in one specific location --players will need to have some luck on their side if they want to find the newly added barriers. However, they can be incredibly useful when found, as they can protect players from all kinds of powerful attacks while keeping their structures intact, such as an explosion from an RPG. The Armored Walls still have a set amount of HP to diminish before being destroyed, but it will take much longer for enemies to get through them.

Where to Find Armored Walls in Fortnite Season 8
To actually find the Armored Wall item, Fortnite players must search through normal chests and supply drops. Fortnite supply boxes typically land on the map when a match has a few players left. The supply boxes have rare loot inside of them, so it can definitely lead to some firefights if multiple players head for one at the same time. These will be shown on the map with a blue crate icon.
Armored Wall pieces can also be found as floor loot, meaning they'll just be lying on the ground in random locations for players to pick up. As long as players go to a location with lots of chests and loot, like Pleasant Park, for example, they should be able to find Armored Walls in a jiffy.
This new Fortnite item is sure to help out players that are in a sticky situation; however, fans will have to see if Epic Games decides to vault the item before Fortnite Season 9 starts or keeps it as a key feature for the game.
Fortnite is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
