Amazon Studios' New World is a new MMO taking the world by storm, already making a name for itself within the gaming world not long after its release. One of the most appealing aspects of the game is the massive PvP wars in New World, where up to 50 players will fight at once to take over territories.
For New World fans wanting to be efficient team members, they will need to come through with specific builds custom-made to handle other enemy players. Many other players will be at incredibly high levels, or extremely competent at the game, so it is essential to bring the best possible gear into battle to avoid falling short.

However, there are no classes in New World, so some gamers might be confused about what they should do. So for fans looking to annihilate the competition, here are some powerful PvP builds to try out.
Fire Staff and the Ice Gauntlet
For this build, be sure to have an Intelligence stat of at least 250 and put the rest into Constitution. With the Fire Staff, specialize in the Fire Mage and Pyromancer ability trees, first buying Pillar of Fire and Fireball attacks. With the Ice Gauntlet, specialize in the Ice Tempest and Builder ability trees, investing in the Ice Storm and Ice Shower abilities first. This build is for players who like to hit large groups of enemies at once; just be sure to bring extra mana potions.
Great Axe and the Hatchet
For this build, be sure to have the character split their ability points equally between Strength and Constitution, up to at least 200. For the Great Axe, specialize in the Reaper and Mauler Ability trees. For the Hatchet, solely utilize the Berserker ability tree and get all of the abilities. This build is for players who prefer to lunge into battle with heavy armor and massive weapons in New World.
Spear and the Bow
For this build, put three-fourths of the attribute points into Dexterity, with the rest going into Constitution. For the spear, utilize the Zoner and Impaler masteries. For the bow, use the Skirmisher and Hunter ability trees. This build is for players who prefer hitting enemies from afar and then stunning them with the spear.
Sword and Shield with the Life Staff
For this last build, put the majority of the ability points into Constitution and the rest into Focus, with both at least being at 100. For the Sword and Shield, players will want to utilize the Swordmaster and Defender ability trees to tank enemy attacks. Finally, for the New World Life Staff, invest in the Healing and Protector masteries. This build is for frontline players who want to soak up enemy damage while healing their teammates.
